Data deletion

When you connect Facebook, Adsline stores your Facebook user ID and name, access tokens, the Pages you shared and their linked Instagram accounts (see the Privacy Policy). Options 1 and 2 delete that Facebook data. Option 3 deletes your whole Adsline account.

2. 2Open Facebook & Instagram from the menu.
3. 3Select Disconnect on the Facebook account, then confirm.

We immediately delete the access tokens and the Pages list for that account, and remove Adsline’s permissions on Facebook.

2. 2Go to Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. 3Find Adsline and select Remove.

Facebook notifies us automatically. Our deletion callback deletes all data we hold for your Facebook account (connections, tokens, Pages and Instagram details) and returns a confirmation code, which Facebook shows to you.

Email support@adslinex.com from the email address or phone number on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify that the request comes from you and delete your account within 30 days.

Wallet ledger and top-up records that we must keep for financial record-keeping are retained in minimal form for the required period. If you still have a balance, ask for a refund first.

After Option 2, Facebook shows you a confirmation code. Enter it on the deletion status page at any time:

• Received: we have your request and the deletion is in progress.
• Completed: the data has been deleted, with the date it was done.

• Deleted: your Facebook user ID and name, all access tokens, your Pages list and the linked Instagram IDs and usernames.
• Kept: a security log entry recording that the deletion happened, with the confirmation code, so we can prove the request was completed.
