Terms of Service

Adsline (adslinex.com) lets businesses, agencies and distributors create and manage Facebook and Instagram ads, with AI-assisted drafting, funded from a prepaid wallet topped up through local payment methods.

Adsline is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account and in organizations you manage.
• Distributors and agencies are responsible for the client accounts they create and fund.

• Your wallet is held in US dollars and must be funded before ads run.
• The wallet is not a bank account or a deposit. Balances do not earn interest.
• While an ad is running, part of your balance may be held to cover its budget; unspent held amounts return to your available balance.
• Balances can only be moved using features in Adsline, such as a distributor funding a client.

• You top up with the local methods shown in the app and upload a receipt for each payment.
• Every top-up is verified manually by our finance team before it is credited. Large amounts need a second approval.
• Payments in Syrian pounds are converted to US dollars at the rate shown when you submit the request.
• We may reject a top-up that we cannot verify, that doesn’t match the payment received, or that looks fraudulent. If a rejected payment reached us, contact support to arrange its return.

We charge a commission on ad spend. The commission and the total are shown before you confirm an ad, and there are no hidden fees. We may change the commission rate, but a change never applies to ads you have already confirmed.

• You are responsible for your ads and must follow Meta’s Advertising Standards, Meta’s Community Standards and applicable law.
• Meta reviews every ad and may reject, limit or stop it. We may also refuse or stop an ad that breaks these rules.
• You must have the right to advertise for each Page you use, and the right to use all text, images and trademarks in your ads.

Meta controls ad delivery. We do not guarantee reach, clicks, messages, sales or any other result. AI-generated text and suggestions are drafts for you to review and edit before publishing.

You can ask for a refund of your unused available balance by emailing support@adslinex.com. We will verify your identity and the origin of the funds, and refund through a reasonably available method, usually the one you paid with, within a reasonable time.

Amounts already spent on ads, and the commission on them, cannot be refunded. Fees charged by payment providers for the refund may be deducted. Balances obtained through fraud are not refundable.

We may suspend or close an account for fraud, fake or altered receipts, breaking Meta’s policies or these terms, unlawful ads, or a risk to other users. During an investigation, the balance may be held. You may close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made by Meta, for outages of Meta or payment providers, or for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the commission you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally; contact us at support@adslinex.com.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will give notice of significant changes in the app or by email; continuing to use Adsline after they take effect means you accept them.
